The Getty Museum Store is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our Customer Service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring that delicate art books or fragile decor are well-protected.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
